Eyes all around us watching our every move.
Many tears start to fill the empty room, I can barely see my own feet.
Murky water the color of red gently floods in as I watch I feel as though I am disappearing.
I see now,  I understand now, my heart exploded onto the floor, Shattered into two.

People pass the glass walls, watching me drown in my heart ache. People smiling, staring.
They start to laugh like they have never felt this feeling that ended for me.
I can’t move my body it’s dissolving in the water like simple salt.
Red leeks from the cracks, no one panics.

Slowly moving to the glass my hand mimics another’s.
Tears falling from her eyes and I remember what she said,
“I don’t love you.”
The red filled the room and my heart dissolved all the way.
I watched myself fade away.
